Light salmon pink Rose with aromas of grapefruit, melon and red berry fruit. The taste is fresh, fruity and structured with tropical fruit and watermelon.

SERVING SUGGESTION : "A delicious rosé for any occasion", they say themselves at Simonsig. For example with pasta with seafood, salads with salmon, Thai dishes and sushi.

Origin: Simonsig Stellenbosch, South Africa

CLIMATE & TERROIR: Maritime climate with relatively dry, warm summers and mild winters. The red colored soil is rich in clay and minerals.

VINIFICATION: The pinotage is gently pressed to give a light color but no tannins. The chenin blanc is harvested later and is therefore fermented separately. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature in stainless steel tanks. Then the wines are blended.
