Soft, but structured with ripe white fruit, pastry, lively acidity and a fine, elegant mousse.
CLIMATE & TERROIR: A warm climate and a soil of clay, sand and pebbles. The grapes come from selected vineyards in the Alt Penedés.
VINIFICATION: Made according to the méthode traditionnelle with a second fermentation in the bottle.
The wine matures for 18 months on its yeast cells.

ALCOHOL PERCENTAGE : 11.50%
ODOR & TASTE: Pale yellow cava with green nuances. Complex nose with white fruit and subtle notes of pastries. The taste is soft, but structured with ripe fruit, again something of pastry, a lively acidity and a fine, elegant mousse.
SERVING PAIRING : Stimulating aperitif and delicious with all kinds of snacks, charcuterie, smoked fish and not too sweet desserts.
