Baron de Ley Rosado 2020

The rosado from Barón de Ley has an intense scent and an elegant taste of honest red fruit: red berries, strawberry and raspberry. A wonderful aperitif or an ideal accompaniment to light dishes.

After the ripe tempranillo has been hand-picked, the destemmed fruits go into refrigerated tanks after a second manual selection for skin soaking for 8 hours. That is just enough time to give this rosé the right pale red color. The juice then goes for alcoholic fermentation on stainless steel at a temperature of 19º Celsius so that all the pleasant aromas can end up in the wine.
