Sancerre Blanc 2020, Pascal Jolivet

Delicious fresh Loire wine with citrus aromas. Nice dry finish. The Sancerre is known to many, a popular starred restaurant wine. Pascal Jolivet pays a lot of attention to nature and wants to let nature in the vineyard go as much as possible. It is a relatively young company for the Loire (1985) but makes beautiful wines in which the terroir clearly emerges.

Grapes: Sauvignon Blanc

Tip: with a piece of dry goat cheese, preferably grilled, this wine is the absolute pinnacle of enjoyment. But this wine is also wonderfully refreshing with fish dishes.
