A lively, full, fresh, fruity dry wine with seductive berry flavors and red grapefruit. A beautiful bubble and a true everyone's friend. A wine that is highly appreciated at a party, opening or other festive occasion.

In addition to the white Brut, Simonsig launched this rosé variant of their Cape vonkelwijn in 2005. It is made from the Pinotage supplemented with about 5% pinot noir. Cellar master Johan Malan allows the skins to transfer their pigment to the grape juice for a moment, creating an elegant salmon-pink color.

With its luxurious appearance, elegant taste and delicious sparkling bubbles, this Simonsig Brut Rosé comes into its own as a festive aperitif or companion to smoked salmon, sushi, sweet and sour dishes or tropical salads.
