Cava Mistinguett Brut Bio Organic
A light straw yellow cava with a lively mousse and aromas of apple, pear, pastry and an undertone of brioche. Fresh and digestible with a long, uplifting aftertaste.
Mistinguett Brut is an ode to all women who work hard to make their dreams come true and refers to the French artist Mistinguett. The winery Vallformosa produces this special cava in the Penedes. Vallformosa means beautiful valley in Catalan. It is the Domenech family who have been working the land since 1865 with great passion to make the grapes grow best in the hills. New vineyards have been purchased over the years and it is now the fifth generation that continues the tradition of winemaking.

The grapes come from selected vineyards in the Alt Penedés.
Vinification The grapes are partly harvested manually and by machine. The wine is vinified according to the méthode traditionelle.
After this second fermentation in the bottle, the wine matures on its yeast cells for another 12-14 months.

Serving suggestion Serve as an aperitif, with sushi, sashimi and tempura, and with crustaceans and shellfish. Fact: in Japan, this cava is very popular in combination with sushi, sashimi and tempura. Mistinguett has therefore already won several wine awards in Japan.
