Young, pure and unfiltered Burgundy with intense black fruit, fresh raspberries and spices. Elegant, but powerful with earthy tones and a juicy character.

Harvest is manual, fermentation on stainless steel. This is followed by aging in oak barrels (25% new) for 12 months. The wine is bottled unfiltered.

Saint Romain was one of the first vineyards in Burgundy where the Celts and Gallo-Romans made their wines
