Taittinger Comtes de Champagne is one of the most beautiful champagnes in the world. Only grapes from grand cru plots are used, a very selective harvest by hand, aging partly in oak and no less than ten years of aging in the bottle. A legendary storage potential.

The Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs is only made in the absolute top years where these wines ripen exceptionally long and are among the legendary top wines from the Champagne region.

The Champagne is made from 100% Chardonnay from 5 villages with a Grand-Crus classification. The thousand-year-old chalk on the surface in the soil gives this Champagne a great mineral character.

This cuvee is made with only juice from the first pressing. A small percentage of the blend is aged in fresh oak barrels. After bottling, the Champagne continues to mature for another 10 years in the limestone quarries under Saint-Nicaise.
