An intense full-bodied wine. Very aromatic, complex with a full fruity taste of gooseberries, grapefruit, lychee and pineapple and peach. With a soft long finish.

After maturing on the lie (yeast sediment), the wine is bottled.

Grapes: Sauvignon Blanc, Colombard & Gros Manseng

Serve as an aperitif, with salads, marinated vegetables, curries and everything that comes from the sea.
