We currently offer two cheeses, the Godminster Cheddar and the Oud Rewyck (Gouda 48+ cheese). The Godminster Cheddar Cheese is a powerful and creamy artisanal cheese from Somerset, England. The Oud Rewyck cheese delights the palate with its rich and creamy, firm texture. When pairing wine with these cheeses, it is important to choose a wine that can complement the strong flavor. Full-bodied reds like Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, and Merlot are good choices, as are sweeter options like port. For lovers of white wine, Chardonnay, Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc are good combinations. The Chianti also pairs nicely with these cheeses with its medium body and nice acidity.
