2017 Saint-Romain Rouge Domaine Taupenot-Merme

Young, pure and unfiltered Burgundy with intense black fruit, fresh raspberries and spices. Elegant, but powerful with earthy tones and a juicy character.

Harvest is manual, fermentation on stainless steel. This is followed by maturation on oak barrels (25% new) for 12 months. The wine is bottled unfiltered.
