Beaurempart Grande Reserve Rouge 2022

"This ruby ​​red wine, a blend of cabernet sauvignon and merlot, comes from the sun-drenched Pays d'Oc. The Mediterranean climate and the limestone-clay soil contribute to its character.

The grapes are carefully harvested and fermented in concrete vats, followed by several months of maturation in stainless steel tanks. The result? A ruby ​​red wine with aromas of blackcurrant, plum, green pepper and a hint of vanilla and toffee. The taste is generous, juicy with a soft aftertaste.

Perfect to combine with dishes such as tournedos, garlic potatoes, marinated spare ribs, grilled vegetables and spicy cheeses.
