Beaurempart Grande Reserve Gascony 2021 Blanc
In the vast Côtes de Gascogne, kissed by the Atlantic Ocean, grapes ripen on alluvial clay and sandy soils. This wine, a blend of sauvignon blanc, colombard and gros manseng, undergoes careful vinification with night harvest, slow fermentation and rest on yeast residues before bottling.
The result? A light yellow wine with lively aromas of gooseberries, lychee and pineapple. The taste is intensely fruity with a seductively long aftertaste.
Perfect as an aperitif or with salads, marinated vegetables, refined curries and seafood. Discover the subtle tropical touch, added by the gros manseng grape, that makes this wine unique.

The southern French appellation Côtes de Gascogne is blessed with an ideal climate for the production of fresh-fruited white wines. The cool breeze from the Atlantic Ocean in the west cools the vineyards and the grapes develop intense fruit aromas. The grapes are harvested at night and then fermented at a low temperature. This preserves the fresh fruit aromas and creates expressive wines that can be used at many times and perfectly suit the taste of modern consumers. The white wines from Gascony are often a blend of sauvignon blanc and the native colombard and gros manseng
