Sparkling Tea LYSERØD – Non-alcoholic alternative to rosé champagne
When award-winning Danish sommelier Jacob Kocemba began experimenting with tea in his wine cellar in 2011, he was confronted with tea traditions that date back 1,000 years. With the ambition to create a completely new type of beverage and a unique non-alcoholic experience, Jacob began developing new methods to extract different tea flavours at different temperatures. The very first Sparkling Tea was served in Michelin-starred restaurant Hermann (NIMB) in Copenhagen. Today, Copenhagen Sparkling Tea is available in Michelin-starred restaurants in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, the Netherlands and Germany.
Sparkling Tea LYSERØD is a refined non-alcoholic sparkling tea, ideal as a stylish alternative to rosé champagne or other sparkling wines. This non-alcoholic sparkling tea is perfect for those who consciously choose a festive drink without alcohol, but still want to experience the luxury and taste of a quality product.
With its bright rosé colour and elegant mousse, LYSERØD offers a luxurious experience in the glass. The taste is full, soft and fruity, with rich aromas of hibiscus, strawberry, peach and a subtle hint of rose petal. This sparkling tea is traditionally brewed with a mix of organic white and green tea, supplemented with herbs and flowers for depth and balance.
