Spicy wine, a bit peppery, black fruit, with a very nice soft aftertaste.

The Shiraz grapes come from the coastal plain with the mild Mediterranean climate. The grapes get a lot of sun heat and you can taste that. Red meat dishes, pâté, hard cheeses, nuts, Carmel dates, but also rich pasta dishes go well with this wine.
