Ingredients (2 persons):

150 g quinoa (cooled after cooking)

200 g large shrimps, peeled

½ cucumber, diced

10 cherry tomatoes, halved

For the dressing:

Preparation:

Cook the quinoa and let it cool.

Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl.

Grill the shrimps briefly with a little oil, salt and pepper (approx. 2–3 min per side).
